CNC Operator - Aerospace Manufacturing

Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled and motivated CNC Operator to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1 year of CNC machining experience and a strong commitment to producing high-quality aerospace components in a fast-paced production environment.
Responsibilities
Operate CNC mills and/or lathes to manufacture precision aerospace components.
Load and unload materials and monitor machine operations.
Perform in-process inspections using measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, height gauges, and other precision instruments.
Read and interpret blueprints, work instructions, and engineering drawings.
Verify part dimensions and ensure compliance with customer specifications and quality standards.
Make basic machine offsets and tool changes as needed.
Maintain accurate production and inspection records.
Follow all safety procedures and company policies.
Keep work areas clean and organized.
Qualifications
Minimum 1 year of CNC machining or CNC operator experience.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
Familiarity with measuring equipment and inspection techniques.
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Good communication skills and a positive work attitude.
Aerospace manufacturing experience is a plus.
Experience with Haas, Mazak, or similar CNC equipment is preferred.
Physical Requirements
Ability to stand for extended periods.
Ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally.
Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with exposure to machine noise and moving equipment.
